A Green Botany Inspired Philadelphia Wedding

Britt and Paul’s botany inspired Philadelphia wedding was full of elegant green details with a mix of lush potted plants, romantic candlelight, and vintage books, and their style was the perfect fit for their day.

We absolutely love the character that their venue, The Philadelphia College of Physicians Museum, offered. From the gorgeous architecture and rich wood detailing in each room, to the library where their portraits took place, every nook provided a beautiful aesthetic and unique purpose. Their intimate reception featured a mix of high and low tables covered in green and tan natural linens with potted plants atop stacks of books. The variety of green tones worked so well together, and we absolutely love how Lindsay Docherty Photography captured every beautiful detail of their day!

We absolutely love how this couple allowed the beauty of their venue really shine through in their wedding day style. With the addition of simple details and in a variety of green tones, the character of the space took over, and allowed for a stunning day of celebration!
